Who is Buying Property Today?
Being a broker, I have often wonder who is buying property today. The NAR seems to have an answer. See the chart below that indicates who is buying homes today across the USA. I was surprised to see first time home buyers leading the market in purchases. We see lots of cash sales in Southern Oregon, especially from investors and California in-bound, mostly retirees. Its a good mix of buyers and it doesn’t seem its going to end anytime soon. Pete
