Real Estate Market – No Slow Down

The real estate market continues to perform well.  Demand continues to out strip supply.  On the Real Estate Radio Show we have told you how John L Scott Southern Oregon does its job of marketing real estate.  The report below shows how our two offices connect, communicate and sell.  This is just one office.  Combine them all and the market is headed toward a $3.5 billion year in Jackson County alone.  Most important, there does not appear to be an end in sight which brings up issues of affordability.  We’re not there yet, we’ll check states at year’s end to see how it all finally comes out.
