We’ve entered what in the real estate market is “the Winter selling season.”
Which usually means fewer listings and a slow down in housing sales. However, this may not be a normal year. Maybe it’s the wonderful Fall weather that is keeping real estate activity quite active? This last week’s activity shows exactly what we mean. It’s a mixed bag in both counties but it shows a lot of activity taking place.
Living Near a Stream, Dream Nightmare or unrealistic expectations is the topic of this week’s Real Estate Radio & You Tube show. Brian Barr of the Rogue River Watershed Council joins us to explain. This show is presented by the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors.
Learn some of the new rules that are in effect for those living near streams. This is a great chance to be updated on efforts to keep streams clean and free flowing. Saturday, November 17, at 10 am on KCMX AM 880.
