By the time you read this, the 2018 Mid-term election will be over and our minds can get back to more interesting things, like real estate.  Hope you had good week as we get ready to look at the latest MLS stats and enter the Winter Selling Season.
But, here is what’s really happening in our market.  It’s a tale of two markets really — depending on price.  Note the Market Snapshot below.  As the market normalizes itself, it remains a sellers market on properties priced below $500,000.  But, it has turned to a buyers market for properties priced above $500,000.
Remember a normal market would be a six months of supply of inventory.  The differences are striking aren’t they.
Roofing takes center stage on this Saturday’s Real Estate Show when Mark Root join us to share ideas on roofing and ways to keep your roof in good shape. In real estate, if your roof is in poor condition when you go to sell it…..Guess what?
Your options are limited to either replacing the roof or giving the buyer credit for a new roof or repairs.  Don’t let this happen to you.  Hear what Mark has to say about care and longevity and materials etc. when it comes to roofing.  Saturday, November 10,  at 10 am KCMX AM 880.
THIS WEEK IN REAL ESTATE:  Not much change in Josephine County, a pretty steady weekly review, while Jackson County saw a large number of new listings hit the market.
